All arcade games, pinball and video machines are non-refundable and all sales are final. We provide a 48-hour window for buyer’s remorse; cancellation request must be made via e-mail at support@reelvegasslots.com or via fax at 973-252-4327. If you have made your request in the allotted time your request will be honored.

Machines should be allowed to warm up to room temperature (65 °+) before power is applied, as cold weather can affect arcade games. Not doing so may risk damage to the game. You should allow at least three hours for the machine to warm up before powering up. Problems that occur due to improper set-up are not returnable.
